Sewer-line inspection add-on services.

Sewer-line inspection add-on services.

Find plumbing problems others might miss and save thousands.

Repairing a main sewer-line can be very costly. There’s also the inconvenience of not being able to bathe or use the restroom. Many home inspection companies don’t have the equipment or know-how necessary to provide a proper sewer-line inspection. We do, and can save you thousands in repair costs by catching any issues before they arise.

Although we recommend a sewer line camera inspection on every home or commercial property, you’re more likely to have root intrusion and other issues if your home is 20 years old or older. During your sewer–line add-on inspection, our professional inspectors spot problems that only a sewer line camera can see. If your toilet makes gurgling noises, your water drains slowly, you notice a bad smell, or part of your lawn seems like it’s sinking, it may already be too late. Don’t wait. Schedule a sewer-line add-on inspection with us.

Our process and what we inspect.

During a sewer-line add-on inspection, we enter the sewer line at the clean-out location using a rotating, remote-controlled camera that reaches up to 100 feet. If the drain pipe is not obstructed, we can typically make it all the way to the city main. Using the remote viewer, we inspect the interior of the pipe as we go, recording the entire process. We review the video with you, detailing any problems, and provide a link to the video.

How we find issues others might miss.

Frequent issues we find.

Every property is different, but after thousands of inspections we’ve seen that these are the most common sewer issues in the Tulsa area.

Root Intrusion

Tree roots, attracted to the water, nutrients and oxygen in your pipes, can grow into the drains, which restricts flow and creates backups.

Bellies

Caused by soil erosion, foundation settlement, earthquakes, poor soil compaction, or poor insulation, low areas in the pipe collact debris and cause clogs.

Damage or Blockages

Tree roots, corrosion, debris and foreign objects, and extreme temperature can damage pipes and prevent proper operation.
