Sprinkler inspection add-on services.
Save green and keep your lawn pristine.
A well-maintained sprinkler or irrigation system not only saves you the hassle of manually watering your lawn—it can increase your home’s value and curb appeal. However, a malfunctioning system can do major, long-term damage to your property, and require expensive repairs.
Our sprinkler add-on inspection is an affordable, additional service that checks for problems with your sprinkler system. We recommend inspecting a property’s sprinkler system before you buy to protect your lawn and your wallet.
Our process and what we inspect.

Then, they test for proper operation and look for any signs that it is not operating properly. Our standard sprinkler add-on inspection involves a comprehensive visual inspection of the following components.
