Step 1: Find Your Booking Confirmation Email

The first step in accessing your inspection report is to locate the booking confirmation email we sent when you scheduled your inspection.
This email contains your unique username and password, which you will need to access our online home inspection system. You’ll also find a direct link in the email that takes you straight to your report. If you can’t find the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Having this information handy will streamline the process and ensure you can easily log in to retrieve your inspection details.

Step 2: Retrieve Your Report Online

To retrieve your property inspection report or sign the agreement, follow the link in the email or visit assuredhomeinspectors.com. On the homepage, click “View Your Report” at the top right.
Enter the username and password found in your booking confirmation email. Once you’ve entered your credentials, click the “Get Your Report” button to display a list of all your buyer property inspection reports in one place. If this is your first inspection, you will see only one entry. After you’ve located the correct property, click “Inspection Details.”

Step 3: Examine Your Inspection Information

Then you’ll see your inspection details including your inspector(s), contact information, your Realtor’s contact information, your account details, and agreements. Click the “View Agreement” button at the top.

Step 4: Authorize Your Agreement

This will open the agreement document(s) for you to review.
It’s important to take your time and read through the agreement carefully to understand all terms and conditions. Once you’re ready to proceed, click the “Agree” button.
You’ll then be prompted to type your full name in the signature box to signify your acceptance.
If you’ve added ancillary services, there may be more than one agreement to sign.
Then click “Sign Agreements” button at the bottom of the page.
Please note that if the agreement is not signed, we can’t proceed with the inspection. It is a requirement that all inspections have a signed agreement in place before any property can be inspected. This ensures that both parties are clear on the terms and responsibilities involved.

Step 5: Choose Payment Options

Assured Home Inspectors provides flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. You can choose to pay before or after your inspection. To handle payment in advance, click “Pay Now” to view your invoice.
Our invoicing system conveniently combines home or commercial inspections and other services into a single invoice.
Enter your payment information and submit to complete this step. We accept cash, most major credit cards and checks.
Then, hit “Submit.”

Hi, this is Drew Sleezer with Assured Home Inspectors. Thanks for booking with us. Here’s a quick video to show you how to log into the system, sign the contract, and also pay for your inspections.

When you booked your appointment, we sent a confirmation email. In that email, you’ll find a username and password. You’re going to either use the link provided in the email or go to our website, assuredhomeinspectors.com. Click “View Your Report” and enter your username and password into the fields.

Once you’ve done that, click the “Get Your Report” button. That will bring up a page that shows all the inspections we’ve ever done for you. Click on the inspection details for the relevant inspection. If this is your first inspection, there will only be one listed.

Once you click on that, it will bring up another page. This page will show you who your inspectors are and provide a “View Agreement” button. Click “View Agreement” to open a page where you can read through the agreements and agree to them.

To agree, click the “Agree” button and type your full name into the box. Once you’ve done that, click the “Sign Agreements” button at the bottom of the page. That’s all we need to have done prior to the inspection.

There is no requirement to pay for your inspection ahead of time. However, if you’d like to handle payment in advance, you can do so by clicking the “Pay Now” button. This will bring up your invoice, which shows the services booked. Simply enter all the required information into the form fields and then click the “Submit” button at the bottom.
