Septic-system inspection add-on services.

Septic-system inspection add-on services.

Keep your propery’s septic system running smoothly.

Septic systems require routine maintenance, regardless of the age of your tank or system. Fixing a damaged septic system is expensive, not to mention inconvenient. By the time issues arise, it may already be too late. It’s much smarter to schedule a routine inspection with us.

The septic inspector will locate the tank, uncover the tank and check all of the accessible components for proper operation. They will check for things like baffles, sludge levels, aeration, flow, and tank condition. They can show you the components of your system and explain how to operate and maintain the system. Before small problems potentially become big issues, schedule a septic-system add-on inspection with us.

Our process and what we inspect.

During our standard septic-system add-on inspection, we perform the following process.

Ground-level waste is unsanitary and indicates that the system is not working properly.

Inspected to make sure they are secure with no cracks.

How we find issues others might miss.

Our septic–system inspectors are experienced professinals with the skills to accurately evaluate systems in Tulsa and the surrounding area. We use sewer camera systems and locators to ensure we find surprises before they become problems.

How we find issues others might miss.

Frequent issues we find.

Every property is different, but after 6,000 inspections we’ve seen that these are the most common sewer system issues in Tulsa.

Elevated Sludge Levels

Debris collects in the tank and elevated leves indicate that the tank needs to be pumped.

Backups

Water should flow from the tank during use. Backups indicate that the system is not working properly.

Root Intrusion

Roots grow into the tank preventing proper operation of the system.

Aerator or Pump Problems

Aerobic systems use air and water pumps. These mechanical parts need service for optimal operation and can fail.
