What to Expect

Efficient, Home Inspection For Professional Builder Warranties
Your home inspection is performed by a certified, professional home inspector and takes approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the layout of the home, square footage, and other factors. Once the home inspection is completed, you will receive your comprehensive and detailed inspection report of the construction defects and you will receive this report within 48 hours of the inspection. With this report in-hand, you will be able to take the necessary steps to hold your home builder and the subcontractors they hired to the warranties that were provided while they're still enforceable.
